Hotel Meeting Rooms

Capacity of 25 (single room), or 50 (full room)

The Purcell and Steeples Meeting Rooms, located inside Trickle Creek Lodge, are perfect for small to medium meetings. Both rooms have access to an outdoor patio ideal for breaks in the warmer seasons. The rental fee ranges from $105 - 195, and diverse catering options are available. There is a projector and built-in screens on both sides of the Meeting Room. We also host Birthday Parties & other celebrations, that include access to the outdoor pool & hot tub!

Kimberley Conference Centre

Capacity of 500

The Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre is a modern, accessible conference facility, equipped with advanced AV capabilities throughout. Everything you need to host a conference, corporate retreat, or key meeting is available within this facility! At 24,000 square feet, KCC is the largest meeting facility in the East Kootenays. Social gatherings, weddings, galas, and private parties are also welcome.

Stemwinder Restaurant

Capacity of 200

The Stemwinder is Kimberley Alpine Resort’s après-ski destination of choice, located in the resort village plaza in the Polaris Lodge. Stemwinder Bar & Grill operates daily through the winter season and then hosts special events from April to November. It has an outdoor, heater patio, full-service bar, and rustic resort decor - including a fireplace. Consider us for your wedding reception, corporate meeting, anniversary or family reunion!
