Chef Jennifer has experience in fine hotels in Banff, Victoria, Canmore & Lake Louise and has spent the last decade as a  leader in our Resort kitchens including the Kimberley Conference and Athlete Training Center's since it's opening in 2010.  Chef Jennifer has now taken on the role of Resort Executive Chef and is excited to bring her passion to the Buckhorn and Main Mountain Eatery!

Chef Kasey was raised in Kimberley and worked for us at the resort in years past. He returns to Kimberley now with his young family, having achieved his Red Seal in Cooking and we are so proud to have him assuming the role of Sous Chef, taking on day to day kitchen management responsibilities at Buckhorn and Main Mountain Eatery!
